"fighting this kind of war is clearly going to be stressful for some people," says asst. defense secretary for health affairs dr. william winkenwerder. "this kind of war" -- does that mean just fighting guerillas in cities, or fighting an unjustified war in a country that's becoming increasingly more hostile to the "liberation" soldiers presence?
