nasa fy2005 budget is out
this looks very good, overall. however: "[this budget] also assumes, somewhat naively, that congressional earmarks will more or less go away - otherwise $2 billion or more of the $12 billion needed to make this all work between fy 2005 and fy 2009 will not be available."
