looking for glow in all the wrong places
so i drove up to the top of lookout mountain to look for the aurora, but the only glow i saw was from the big ass fire up left hand canyon.
'course, the aurora is just barely coming down here, so there might not be much to see anyway.
the fire doesn't look as impressive as the lee hill fire of last year, but the entire town of jamestown is supposed to burn to the ground, and is completely evacuated at this point. and there's another fire in castle pines, near highlands ranch. what is this, california?
and i'm still pissed about not seeing the aurora. feh.
