holy crap devo's on tour

according to the internets, devo will be on tour this summer, and will be playing the bumbershoot festival in seattle on labor day weekend. holy crap holy crap holy crap.

i've been a devo fan since at least freshman year in high school. and yet, i've never been anywhere they've gone to on one of their not-a-reunion tours. and now, they're playing a free show in seattle. and a show in denver on august 23, which i might have to go to. (not that i need another excuse to go to colorado to, say, visit lindsey, but it makes it easier to justify taking a 4-day weekend.)

it might be time to bust out the yellow jumpsuit. although the undersized energy dome hat met with an untimely demise and needs to be replaced.
