sasquatch 2006 concert report

sitting in quarter-sized hail for a half hour = not my idea of a good time.

watching crazy fuckers belly-slide down a hail-covered hill 10 minutes later (one in a furry shark costume) = totally my idea of a good time.

oh yeah, and the bands were hella, too. although i missed the flaming lips (but i'll see 'em at lollapalooza).

the decemberists - always a good time.
the shins - pretty good show.
mercir - hella.
ben harper - fuck you for deciding that you had to play before the flaming lips due to "schedule issues from the inclement weather," and then playing an HOUR LONG ENCORE. fuck you very much.
