i don't think that dubya has ever pronounced the word "nuclear" properly. that fact alone probably says volumes.

i have this "gift" subscription to the denver post that's supposed to welcome me to the neighborhood or something. my reasons for not subscribing to the denver post/rocky mountain news were affirmed this weekend when i saw the top story on the sunday paper: "bigfoot: a scientific investigation." never mind the impending desert storm ii, possible war with north korea, political riots in venezuela, people blowing each other up in israel/palestine, crazy people claiming they've cloned themselves, or any of the other "news" stories that would make a good front-page article. bah. give me the bbc world news any day (or every day at 6:30, actually, on my local pbs channel).
