what's wrong with my treo

my cell phone keeps dropping calls just as they're placed. it's the damndest thing. but i just found this description from treocentral that explains that it's a known issue. i took it in to the sprint store this afternoon, and they said it's fixed. the tech was gone by the time i picked it up, so i don't know what he/she did. although the headset jack works again. which is good.
