i've got a world that swings

yet another morning of sleeping in. this time i actually woke up around 10:30 due to something resembling a hangover. far too much fun was had at kevin and margaret's engagement party.

i had a nice talk with molly in the afternoon, followed by a lovely lunch out on my porch whilst reading the economist. i talked to my mom on the phone for a bit, then went out to see "the constant gardener," which is an excellent film. then i bought a few things at the home depot. the sky was filled with some awesome cloud formations when i got out of the store, which only got awesomer as the sun began to set. i swung by my company's new building on my way home, and checked out the progress on construction on the building. it's going to be a great place to work.

then i came home, made myself a pizza, did a few home-repair things, and watched "repo man" on my tivo. this was followed by finishing molly's letter, mailing it, and starting in on a first draft of a mix cd. then i decided to put a bunch of recently-acquired music on my ipod. which brings me to about now, which is past one in the morning. and i think it's past my bedtime.
